Question: Do i have anxiety !?!?!?
hi i was just wondering if u thought if i have anxiety !.The symtoms that i have is i worry all the time about any thing i also have a thing about germs!. i start off in the mornings fine and then i work my self up during the day which makes me feel really weired what do u guys think !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have OCD, as your always worrying about germs, and then you work yourself up and that's why you feel weird!. It doesn't have to be anxiety, but if your stressed out from your exams and have OCD, its no wonder that you feel weird!.

You have to try and calm down, and I know how hard that can be!. I fell to pieces when I took my exams!. But talking to your parents or someone you trust can help, or even writing a diary!. I know it doesnt sound like much, but if you write down everything your feeling, sometimes it helps!. Also, you can see a DR, or asked to be refered to a therapist, or have you got one at school!? Just someone to talk too!.

Probably not!. You really need to explain your symptoms more!. You more likely have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder!. Anxiety usually involves being afraid that someone's coming to kill you!. Usually your heartbeat speeds up, and you'll start to shake, as well as sweat!. Chances are you'll also get light-headed and maybe even dizzy!. Trust me, although I've only had a couple of panic attacks, within the last year both my brother and my dad were diagnosed with anxiety, and my mom had it a while ago!. If you want to, talk to a psychologist about it!. They'll understand it better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not enough information to make a proper dignosis for anxiety disorder!. How long has this been happening for you!? Does this happen in any situation/place!? Do you have physical symptoms!.!.!.ie muscle tension, fatigue, pounding heart, sweating!? Are you worrying about things that could potentially happen or things that deifinately couldn't!? These are all important things to consider for anxiety disorders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
