I can't cry..?!
Question: I can't cry!.!.!?
Ok everything in my life is pretty bad right now and normally i have a little cry over this i mean tv used to make me cry easily but i NEED to cry and i cant- nay advice how i can or why i cannot!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Overload!. I went years without crying when I really wanted/ needed to but was so overwhelmed that I was in a shutdown mode!. You need to find a situation where you can get enough peace in your life to restore equilibrium!. Then you will be able to cry again!. I have lived this!. Maybe you're trying too hard to actually cry!. I'm sure that when you're least expecting it, you'll just sort of start crying!. For me, it sometimes bottles up too much and then it all comes out pouring at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
