Question: Anxiety!.!.!.affecting my behaviour!?
well i have a mild form of anxiety that often gets worse,I am on medication atm!.!.But in the long run do u think it will affect me and boyfriends realtionship!.will it affect my moods and behaviour towards him!.!.will it affect my performance!.!.sexually!!! :( Worried over here!.I think perhaps i should possibly come of the meds if it would in any shape or form affect me and himWww@Answer-Health@Com

That sexual side effects depend on the medicine, if you think you are less excited about the idea, check with your doctor to make sure you can't find a different medicine!. Lexapro is good for anxiety and I have no sexual side effects!. Anxiety can and will have an effect on your relationships, for an anxious person some days are worse than others!. It is very important to remember that the anxiety however unpleasant it may be is part of your personality, (in a good way!.!.!. we are all different) and if your boyfriend loves you he can accept that, and often times be a major support!. Talk to him, tell him about your anxiety make sure he understands!. Medicine is a great help, but in the long run you should look into a combination of therapy, exercise, good diet and meditation!. I find this combination works better that any medication and the only sexual side effects are good ones!

Any sexual side effect that you encounter will go away within in the first month or two of taking the meds!. Don't stop them if they are helping you! Stick with it, it will go away if you are experiencing that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you feel like your medication is helping you!? If your answer is no, talk to your doctor!. Bottom line is that you should not stop taking your medication without talking to your doctor first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
