I'm a teenager... and well, Am i depressed? help!!?!

Question: I'm a teenager!.!.!. and well, Am i depressed!? help!!!?
I don't really know what's wrong with me!. For a few monthes now, I've been feeling off
I'm normally very sensitive, shy and emotional!.!.!. but I've become an extremely emotional, I always over think things, I have hurt myself before, and now, people are not telling me things in fear that i'll worry too much
If bad things happen, or embarassing things, I will usually end up compulsively thinking about them, or a flashback of that instance will swirl into my head until i force myself to think about something else!.
For the past three monthes or more, I've lost interest in things that i love, or i just can't bring myself to do them, even if i think its a great idea!. I'm constantly up in my room, mulling over everything that is going on in my head!. I fake being happy so people wont worry!. I've had random fits of crying and of anger!. I am always sad, empty, feeling like i have no purpose, im always irritated and never truely happy!.!.
help!? What should i do!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Please see your family physician right away!. Tell your parents you are "really feeling sick" and need to see the doctor!. That way, you can talk to the physician in private while your parents wait outside!. There are medicines available that can help you get through this!. You need to be evaluated for depression and anxiety!. If you're feeling like a "big sheet of broken glass with all the jagged points, you may need to be evaluated by a health care professional!. Do you feel like "the rug has been pulled out from under you" and that you're not grounded anymore!? Do you feel like it's "crazy time" all the time!? An antidepressant and psychotherapy will "shave off those sharp pointy edges" and can make "crazy time" more sane!. Stop "faking happy" with your parents!. Tell them you need to see a doctor!. Tell them that you want to go to the doctor this week!. There is no need to wallow in depression and to continue sinking further down into that dark well!. Tell your parents today!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
