Sometimes I feel like I have one!. I mean, I'm a good student, make straight A's except for math!. I see how others do their math and they go about it in a way I would have never thought!. My mom was diagnosed with dyslexia when she was younger and I thought maybe I have some form!. Its just math though!. I just can't seem to grasp the who concept!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The funny thing is I am kind of the opposite!. I can't memorize for anything!. Dates, spelling, poems, All of that is hard for me, but math was easy because I could see the logic and could often picture the problems in my mind!. I don't know how or why, and I don't really care!. Every one excels in something and has something that just doesn't click!. It does not mean you have a learning disorder!. It just means you are normal!. Play to your straights Summer Breeze!. You are fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's an interesting question!. The problem with "learning disorders" is that we ALL have learning disorders, but some just don't have names! I have a really bad sense of direction and have got lost in building before (even my place of work where I worked for 5 years!!!)!.

But I think that we are all good at different things!. I am really good at maths it comes naturally, but I'm really bad at art and languages, even if I try really hard!. But there's no "learning disorder" about learning languages!.

It's all labels really!.

So you don't have a problem, it's just that part of your brain isn't as strong as other peoples!.

Also everyone in the world has a learning disorder when compared to Leonardo Da Vinci lol!.

The thing is to focus on your strengths rather than worry about your weaknesses!. It's ok to try and improve weaknesses of course, but the most successful people in the world focus on their strengths and get others to do their weaknesses for them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A student with learning disorders is not that likely to make all A s, althought it happens!.
l think the person who wrote our brains develop differently has it right!.

Math must be well-taught and understood from the beginning because it builds up in logical progression!. Which means you can memorize and "do well" until you need to build on concepts that you never learned in the first place!. Then you're lost!.

l think you need a tutor who can take you back through basic math to the point where you got lost and show you how to get back on track!.
You need to pass math to be successful in college so l hope you will do it soon!.

Forget about learning disabilities- Use the plenty of ability you do have by finding people who can explain things to you plainly at the right time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are fine, it is those people who are trying to teach you there way and not your way!
One day it will just click! When that special teacher, or friend or whatever shows you your way of learning it!.
"Learning problems" are not always the kids fault!. Heck I have a kid that can whip out answers to math in seconds, but if he has to write them down , or explain to someone how he did it forget it!. We all know the public school system is like a feed lot, in with one kid, out with that kid as fast and easy as possible!.

Keep searching for your way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe if you got extra help in math with a tutor, this might just do the trick!. Give it a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
