Question: Can't stay calm this past week!.!?
I've been paranoid/anxious/scared this past week more than ever!. I've had problems with it before as it was, but now it just won't stop!. I'm scared of the future, scared to know what's ahead of me!. I don't even want to live and find out!. I'm tired of feeling this way!. I'm probably being stupid but I can't help it!. It feels like horrible things will happen to me and I'll just end up dead or something!. How can I calm down!? I've tried getting my mind off of it, it just won't work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, think of it this way,if u think too much about the future will this affect what happenz to u!?No it definitely would not!.You can never predict what happens tomorrow or even the next minute so just calm down!.Stop thinking too much,life is too short to spend it on thinking of what will happen to us coz whether we like it or not it will happen!.Just do the right things,for example when you drive,just follow the rules and regulations and dont think oh Im gonna have an accident now,people who think this way end up achieving nothing in their lives!.The most important thing is that u should have a positive outlook on life,smile a lot ,life is beautiful and its full of highs and lows,that just life!.One of the things that help in overcoming this is to find out your passion,what do u love or what are your hobbies may be that can take off your mind from all the pessimism!.

try talking to a close friend or a parent of sibling!. see if they feel the way you do!. I would also say that you should see a doctor if you cannot feel more controled and calm!. try joining some clubs to get your mind off things!. if you really try i bet you can feel better soon!. just remember that you cannot control the future and that whatever happens, happens!. now don't just stop caring but just live for today and do not worry about the futureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Is it PMS week for you!? I get super anxious and paranoid the week before my period!. If that is the case, you can get a BC pill that will help with that!.

Otherwise, talk to someone! Sometimes hearing what you are thinking out loud helps you realize that you don't need to worry about it!. And sharing that burden with someone helps a lot too!. If you can get to a therapist, great! If not, talk to a close friend, someone who will not say "you're just being silly"!. Those feelings that you are having should be validated, not shunned!. Once you get them validated, you can start to deal with it!

OK listen up sweetie!.!.!.!.!.you need to go to your Dr ASAP!. I recommend PROZAC!. 1 pill a day will take ALL this craziness away--I PROMISE!
You cant calm down on your own!.!.!.I assure you your past the average state of self help!. With all these feelings your having is a common trait of bi-polar or manic-depressive behavior!. You may also have chronic anxiety!. You need to book an appt!. w/your DR right away!. Research your symptoms online, so you can describe how you feel to the fullest when you see your DR!.

NOW, here is the REAL truth!.!.!.!.if you DONT get help NOW, your condition will WORSTEN at a FASTER rate than it came on!. You will hit rock bottom w/no warning and be dead to the bone (so to speak)!. Nothin can help you except medication at this point!.

You may be suffering from agoraphobia!. Try going to a psychologist!. It will help you!. Don't go for drugs, go for therapies, that's how you have to overcome it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think most of us are not in the best state of mind lately!. The best thing to do is to just keep chugging along, and hope these times will pass!.

My life has been in shambles for the past 2-3 weeks, and I've had a few meltdowns!. Even my girlfriend has had a meltdown, and she's like a rock!. My advice would be to crack a brew or have a nice bowl then enjoy some tranquility!.

The strongest of us will survive to fight another day!. This is one of life's universal truths!. Just think of your anxiety as sign you are still alive and paying attention!.

O, ya I'm not an astrology nut, but I am to understand that some planet is in retrograde or something like that!. Apparently, this has an adverse effect on our lives and mental states!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
