How did you feel the first time you took it im taking 300mg in the am and 600mg at night im getting ready to take my first night dose it supposaly helps you sleep!. thanx for any imput!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun im not going to lie to you it will knock you out, and sometimes the side effect can be bad at first (dizziness, nausea, headaches ect!.!.!.!.)but after you stabilize on it its not so bad!. i was on it for 2 years and after a while i was improved enough to be taken of it and put on something else a little lighter on the side effects!. good luck and hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
