Question: I have a huge problem with OCD can someone please help!!?
i think i might have OCD and whenever i dont do what i have to do or mess it up i get mad!. Like when my nail polish label isnt facing forward it bothers me!. or when something isnt in the same place it was!. when these things happin i think somethings going to change or if my boyfriends going to break up with me!. if something does happen i blame it on my OCD!. can someone please help i am only 13!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

kayla, i am so sorry you are going through this!. please don't try to handle this alone!. talk to your parents and go to a therapist, they can help you face the ocd and overcome it!. until then remember, ocd always lies!. resist doing what it tells you to do, and talk back to it!. when it tells you that your boyfriend is going to break up with you say, "that is a lie!. you are a liar and it's not true!." let the anger and anxiety pass!. you can do it!. but please get some help!. god bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you should tell a parent &&doctors can subscribe you medication!. he will more than likely subscribe you anti-depressants!.

That's pretty normal for an OCD sufferer!. I suffer it, too!. It sucks!. I HATE it! Here's an online support group!.
