wow thankyou for showing us that article!. I just thought that I was wierd, I suffer with severe depression and have bouts of insomnia and when I do I have noticed that I feel better!. I have stayed up to repeat the effects!.

I mentioned this to my therapist and he never said that it had 'known' thereputic therapies, he just looked at me like I was odd!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Staying awake will probably only make you feel worse unfortunately! If i am tired it only adds to my depression!. Getting good sleep and excersize really helps my depression!. Talking to a counselor also could be very helpful and most definitely a prayer would help! God Bless You and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Although I have not personally suggested this as a possible treatment for depressed clients, I may consider doing so in the future!.
