How do you taper off 15 mg of valium a day to nothing?!


Question: How do you taper off 15 mg of valium a day to nothing!?
I've fasted and had seizures!. I've gone cold turkey and had seizures!. Has anyone gone through this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how tabs you take a day but if you take 3 - 5 mg tabs then you start by taking 2 and a half then down to 2 etc ,etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would do the following:

-10mg every day for a week
-5mg every day for a week
-2mg every day for a week
-2mg every other day for a week
-StopWww@Answer-Health@Com
