Answers:
Neurosis is more correctly - and more descriptively - called Generalised Anxiety Disorder (I suppose you're asking because you're borderline!.!.!.!?)

Generalised anxiety disorder is a syndrome of ongoing anxiety and worry about many events or thoughts that the patient generally recognises as excessive and inappropriate!. The condition can be chronic and debilitating!.

Taken from the Rethink guide to BPD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neurosis is a group of mental disorders which cause a great deal of distress but don't interfere with the person's grip on reality!. Examples include anxiety, phobias and OCD!.
