Question: For people who take Seroquel, how long does it take for you to fall asleep after taking it!?
I cant even stand after like 20 minutes I just pass out, does this happen to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

You did not give your age but I suspect somnolence (falling asleep easily) is a common effect of Seroquel and if you just started taking it not much to worry about!. Mention it the next time you see your doctor which should be in a couple of weeks or so!. In general it is not life threatening unless you plan to drive or operate some other machinery!.

yea, when I have taken it in the past I would be sooo sleepy in the first 30-40 minutes!. If there was a reason I coldnt go to bed (because daughter woke up in the middle of the night or something) I felt like crying from discouragement!. :)
I had him take me off of it because I didnt like that feeling!.
Now I am on something else that makes me sooo tired in the AM, I just cut them in half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

takes me 15-30 minutes, depending on if i am going to bed with a full tummy or on an empty stomach!. When I take it, I pretty much am in bed and ready to go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
