Answers:
I had panic attacks around christmas for a few years when I was about 16!.
I never went to the doctor, but kept forcing the horrible thoughts from my head, just mentally saying NO every time!. Your brain gets better and better!. I also have the TV on when I go to sleep, as I don't know about you, but that's my worst time!. I also took a couple of those Kalms, they're really nice and natural!.
Just think the panic attack through, what REALLY IS the worst thing that can happen!? It won't!. Don't feel like you have to deal with it on your own either, there is SO much help out there these days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 Remember you are important in your own right
2 Remember you are the same as all others no one is better than you!.
3 Remember your family and friends love you for yourself!.
4Be honest with yourself and remember that there is nothing you can not do given time and your friends and family are there to help youWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all calm down and get on with life for what it is this moment!.!.!.!.theres no point worrying about things that haven't happened yet just stay calm and dont read things on illnesses on the internet because i know whenever they call out the symptoms i have about half of them already!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
