It talks all about that!.!.!.
It says that it is impossible to feel bad and have positive thoughts because your feelings and your thoughts are connected together!. If you have a positive thoughts about yourself/life/and everything around you, you will be happy, because everything your think is what controls everything!.!.!.
Or in other words the law of attraction!.!.!.
Read the book they also have a DVD on it!!!
