Help!! Panic attacks..?!??!??!??!?!?!

aghhhhh i really neeed help, i have panic attacks but,
i've been feeling really
anxious these past two days, i want to go crazy cause it won't go away, i have trieed breathing exercises but it just comes back, i've had nasuea[[i threw up of the anxiety]],short breath,rapid heartbeat,smuthering,dizziness,and shaking, but no attacks!.!.!.
what is wrong with me!.!.!?!?

You need to call your doctor!. I hate taking pills, so he gave me an "emergency pill" that I only take during an extreme panic attack -- like the ones that last a few days!. I take Ativan for these situations!. In the mean time, since it takes a lot for me to actually take medicine, I do the following:
1!. I say out loud what is going on!. "I'm having a panic attack"!.
2!. Tell myself that I am safe!.
3!. Remind myself of the many attacks I've had in the past that I didn't think I'd make it through, but I did!.
4!. Realize that all the symptoms are temporary!.
5!. Talk to people!. On the phone, in person, whatever and tell them in a light hearted way (so they don't think I'm nuts) what's going on and it makes me feel better to know that someone out there knows what's going on!.

I found out a few years ago that a slight imbalance in my body will set me off in a panic attack!. I had a slight ear infection and it caused my panic to hit in a HUGE way!. They gave me all sorts of drugs to calm down my nerves, but it wasn't until I saw a brand new doctor who said "Sometimes a little infection somewhere can set you off balance!." She gave me a full physical, and noticed I had a tiny ear infection!. She treated that and all was good again!. Point of all that is to remember that you're not crazy!. Panic attacks can be triggered in some people for LOTS of reasons!! Also, it serves as a reminder and encouragement to go see your doctor and be honest about it!. It isn't anything he hasn't heard about before!Www@Answer-Health@Com

things sound really tough for you - I wonder if any of the following will help
1) get a drink of water and sip it slowly
2) blow into a paper bag, dont burst it though, when its nearly full expel the air and do it again if you still feel panic
3) speak with your doctor or counsellor they may have many techniques to help you overcome panic attacks!.

Dont give up, please dont go crazy, there are ways to overcome this and plenty of support networks!. There is lots of information on the web too, just put panic attacks into yahoo search!.

try talking to your doctor, mine gave me a low dose of Valium or try 1mg of xanex it helps to stop the rapid heartbeat and short breaths, that is the main part of the attack!. Some doctors will put you on an anti depressant for anxiety!. They believe the two are connected in some way!. I hope this helps you, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lay down on the bed !.

Close your eyes and focus on a point right between the eyes!.

This is the orbital frontal cortex !.

It can stop panic attacks!.

Do this for 30 min,s!.

Keep doing deep breathing exercises as you are

hyperventilated!.

Take fish oil if you can !.

I've found that a lot of the problem is the reaction!.
You have to take it the right way!.
When you feel one coming on,
I know this is the hardest thing in the world to do,
but you have to try and relax and not think about it!.
You aren't going to die from it!.
You could have Mitral Valve Prolapse however!.
You should check out some information on it!.

I went through the same thing and the only thing that really helped me was alprozalam (Xanax)!. You'll need to see a doctor for this!. Over time, you learn to control your attacks!.
This medicine is very addictive and can only be taken for short periods of time!. But please, see a Dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same thing, you cant breath and you start shaking!.
i had them when i had finals, i was loaded on with all this studying and pressure!.


i finally took up yoga, and it worked miracles!.
just stay calm, watch some TV or listen to an Ipod and drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok the first think to do is breathe! sit or lay down, think of something, anything but the anxious feelings eg ocean, waves etc!. even call a friend to talk!. the next time you feel a bit anxious, just stop, breathe and think calm thought!.
recomend seeing a doctor!.
