Answers:
It is never a good idea to try to diagnose yourself!. You can actually MAKE yourself "crazy" that way!. Yes, paranoia is a symptom of depression, as are obsessive thoughts in general!. I'm going through a mild depression right now and I'm feeling trapped and obsessed that my house is falling apart around me!. I'm waiting for the antidepressant to take effect!.

Just give your medication time to work!. God Bless!.

Edit: I used to be scared of medication too until I realized I had no choice!. Talk to your doctor about your concerns!. You might just need to talk to someone to ease your fears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please be careful about diagnosing yourself!. Everyone has many of the feelings and ideas which are associated with psychopathologies but are not mentally ill!. Find someone you like and trust who is competent to make such a diagnosis!.

Check out people!. Some PhD psychologists, some Masters psychologists who test, some psychiatrists who talk to their patients, some Masters of Social Work in mental health or family service agencies can help you reach these conclusions about yourself!. If you are taking drugs be sure you are getting talk therapy too!. Drugs don't do as well alone!.

Trust your own guts about what you need to do and with whom you will share your confidences!. Take your time in exploring your concerns!. It is worth the time you will invest beyond your wildest dreams!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
