Answers:
Your PO does not need to be present!. However your PO will probably get a copy of your psychiatrist's report so will know what was discussed whether they are present or not!.

Your psychiatrist needs to know your past in order to help you as fully as possible with the present and the future!. Your PO too should have your best interests at heart!. I am not sure why your want your past kept secret from your PO!? Why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think that is legal when you talk to a psychiatrist it is a personal thing!.!.Yoy should call your Doctors office and let them know you don't want your PO present :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your probation officer cannot be present, you have the right under international treaties and obligations to consult a Doctor on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
