If your anxiety keeps you awake then in a sense you can if you need them and they are perscribed for you!.
A couple of things to keep in mind,
Taking strong antianxiety meds can lead to dependancy, so try not to take them regulary without talking to a doctor
If you are only taking them to sleep!.!.!.!.best to stick to a med that is meant for that

Yup yup!. The most common that I know of is Seroquel!. In low doses it is used for sleeping pills!. In high doses it is used for anxiety!. However, you should not take any medication without consulting a doctor first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
