I'm very sorry you are feeling like this!. Most cities have crisis numbers you can call information and ask if there is one in your area!. There are also free clinics, hopefully in your area!.

You need a psychiatrist not psychologist!. Only a psychiatrist can prescribe medication that you need!. Try calling any psychiatrist in the phone book and explain what you are experiencing and your lack of insurance!. Don't give up the longer you wait the worse it gets!.

You may run into some who are not caring but there is someone who will help you if you keep on looking!. Make it your temporary job at home!. I have been there and wish you the best! Please don't give up looking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contact your local health and human services office!. They will be able to refer you to no cost and/or sliding scale mental health professionals who can evaluate you for depression and anxiety disorders!.

Both are treatable with a combination of medication and therapy!.

If you need immediate help, go to your closest emergency room and they will get you the help you need and they also will refer you to professionals in your area that will fit your budget!.

Good luck and remember you are worth getting help !!

If you live in the US your city might have a income based mental health center!. I live in Wichita, KS and here there is a community funded (by state I guess) mental health center that I go to for therapy, to see the "pdoc", get meds, and go to group therapy!.

Try calling around and see if any "normal" mental health clinics know anything!.!.!.or google it!.!.ya never know!.
