Question: Tell me what to do to calm nerves- PLEASE!?
Anything That Actually Works!? I Told My Boyfriend I Would Make Out With Him On Friday But I'm So Nervous- I Do Wnat To Do It And I Don't Feel Rushed Or Anything, I Am Just So Nervous!. What Can I Do (Excersices etc) Or Take (Alcohol Maybe etc) To Calm My Nerves!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're already planning to make out on Friday!? Depending upon what part of the world you're in, you have 4-5 days until then!. That is a loooong time to worry! If you truly feel comfortable with your decision to make out on Friday (I'm hesitant to say that you do, but!.!.) think about other things!. Talk with friends!. Watch movies!. Play games!. Get some physical exercise (a great way to work through stress & anxiety)- tennis, basketball, soccer, jogging, or fast walks can be very helpful!

Don't drink alcohol or do drugs to calm your nerves!. It may (or may not) work in that moment, but it isn't worth it!. If your boyfriend truly cares about you, as a human being, he won't want you to force yourself!. It should be a little twitter in your body that you feel when you touch, or when you think of him!. Don't force yourself to do what you aren't ready to do, emotionally or physically!. Don't forget protection, in case you do decide to take it further!. You say 'I do want to do it' but deep down I suspect that you don't feel comfortable about it!. You may not feel rushed, but don't feel pressured either!. Better to wait until YOU feel really ready, not your boyfriend!. If he's worth it, he'll understand and if he doesn't, then you'll be glad you hesitated!.

The best way that I have found to calm nerves is to take a deep breath, walk around a little bit, clear your mind, and maybe meditate for a little while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have anxiety and need to see the G!.P!. he will give you meds to calm you down!. Also exercise is good!. You need to were your self out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
