Question: What are different ways on staying calm!?
My: Meditation, Trance Music, Exercise, Walking, Weigthlifting, Martial Arts, Football two hand touch or Flag!.

Enjoying nature, listening to the sound of the birds, children playing, taking a nice warm bubble bath!. Reading books,The Bible being one of them!. Talking with friends and family!. Take a trip!. Watch educational programing!. Roller Skating, eating healthy (I do eat ice cream)!.Going to the park or beach!. Just letting the wind blow through my hair!. Listening to the rain drops on the window!. Volunteering!. Learning something new!.The list could go on and on!.The top of the list,is Praying to God!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat to get calm!.

Try this:


Get a Hershey kiss
1!.Look at it, Wait like 3 sec!.
2!.Close your eyes and smell it slowly(Don't do this fast)
3!.Next unravel it(eyes still closed)
4!.Now smell it again(eyes still closed)
5!.Now bite the tip off(eyes still closed)
6!.Let the chocolate melt in your mouth(eyes still closed)
7!.Now with your eyes closed smell it again and put the rest in your mouth(eyes still closed)
8!.Let that piece dissolve in your mouth(eyes still closed)
9!. Now your done(this should be done with one hershey kiss)

If done right this should take about a minute and a half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am adding to what Haley G said!. The bible is always calming!. Jazz (preferably Boney James)!. Drink a cup of hot tea!. It contains a naturally occuring ingredient (theophylline) to help you relax!. Use essential oils in a bath (4-7 drops) or heat 1 cup of water in the microwave and put about 4 drops in and just let the aroma spread throughout the room!. Mint or eucalyptus is good for this!. Taking a hot bath always does it for me!. Believe it or not, working ot does the trick, too!. After your muscles are all stretched and worked out, you become really relaxed!. Follow it with a hot shower an you can sleep like a baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make a relaxing mix cd!.
turn off phones!.
have no interferences with people!.
read the bible / calm books!.
eat warm things, like soup!.
spend a day on myself, sounds conceded, but working on conditioning my hair and giving myself facials!.
calms me !.

I do this breathing method, the 7/11!. You breathe in (counting to 7 in your head while you inhale) and then you breathe out (counting to 11 while you exhale!.) It feels really good on your lungs and you get caught up in the counting!.!.!. I love itWww@Answer-Health@Com

i usually get my friends, and let them listen to me scream and cuss for about half an hour :)
