Going through a difficult time..?!


Question: Going through a difficult time!.!.!?
im really stressed out right now about a lot of things!.!. i just started an accelerated summer school course on something that i've never done before!.!. it feels like a new language to me!. in addition, im working two jobs because i have no money from only going to school during the past year!.!. my parents told me they think i party too much with my friends, when in reality it would only ever be on the weekends when i dont have work the next day, if even that!.!. i just feel like im getting attacked from every side of my life, with no where to go to relax and vent!.!. which is prolly why i turned to yahoo answers lol!.!.

i guess im just wondering if anyone has any helpful advice or similar experiences to help!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you're thinking too much about the future!. Focus on one thing at a time and don't worry about the rest!. Nibble away at the task at hand and before you know it you will have made a dent!. Also, be sure you get a good night's sleep!. Things can seem pretty overwhelming if you're not sleeping enough!. If you have trouble relaxing before bed, read a good book or magazine that has nothing to do with anything you're going through in your life!. It will make for a nice escape just before you fall off to sleep!. Hang in there, this is excellent preparation for life's little "bumps in the road" that you will face from time to time in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat the elephant one bite at a time!. Don't push yourself too hard as it could be harmful!. Learn to relax a bit and do things one by one!. That way your mind will be organized a bit without being cluttered by a lot of tasks!. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

About all I can tell you is to try and relax!. Give yourself a break!. Mentally stop for a minute and take a deep breath, or treat yourself to ice cream or a movie, or both!. Then keep on going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
