Answers:
When ever we are focused on the circumstances around any event in our lives, we are distracted from our desired result!. You wish to be at ease before and during your test!. The best way to do this is to trust your own abilities, worthiness, and see the best result for yourself without bringing your doubts and fears into the picture!.

Try meditating on your breathing, and then visualize yourself completing the test with your desired results!. Hold these thoughts and do not allow your mind to ramble over every thing you are worried about!. While you are doing this focus on feeling the results!. What would it feel like to achieve your goal!? Hold on to this feeling because it is the feeling more than the thoughts that will bring it into reality for you!.

If you do not change your focus you will not be able to be at ease and passing the test will be more difficult!. This is a universal law "We attract to us what we think and feel"!. It has been named the "Law of Attraction" and is the same as "We reap what we sow"!.

If you are thinking negatively (sowing) you are bringing more negativity into your life (reaping)!.

deep breathing exercises!. A doctor can provide a mild sedative that you can take prior to the test that might alleviate the test anxiety!. A psychiatrist that I know did this for his daughter who was taking an entrance exam into college which she had failed before due to test anxiety - she passed after taking the anti-anxiety agent just prior to the examWww@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on your breath with your eyes closes (or open if you like)!. Sense it going in and out of your body!. What sensations are you aware of when you sense your breath!.

Look up "breathing meditation" in google!.

Also you will naturally focus once you start the exam!. I find doing some physical exercise like a run can relieve stress quickly and make you tired so you sleep well too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a similar experience happen to me to and I started using Absolute Calm!. It's an all natural dietary supplement that calms your mind and body without making you drowsy!. It definitely calmed me down so I could function during the day!. http://getabsolutecalm!.com/general/!?utm_!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
