Try to stop associating panicking with school!. Make sure you can go when you feel safe (with friends or parents or teachers nearby), so that you break the cycle of panic/school!. Make some happy thoughts/images about school (things that you like doing there) and hold those in your mind when you are there!. Or think about something completely different !.!.!. the last movie you saw, a good song, what you'll be doing tonight, without pre-occupying yourself wit where you are!.

If you still get bullied then tell teachers or parents so they can help you!.

It's something you'll get over with bit of time!. Just try to keep calm and if you feel an attack, take a few deep breathes - in through the nose, out through the mouth!. About 10 deep breaths should be enough!.

If it's a real problem talk it through with a doctor, counsellor, good friend, !.!.!.!.

What's your age!? Sometimes young adolescents' brains go through a change that makes them more sensitive and nervous!. Pediatricians do not like to put young adolescents on medication, but sometimes a counselor can help you to vent your worries!. Some things that will help you get through panic attacks are!.!.!. tuning out the item causing the attack by thinking of something else or doing deep breathing exercises!. Eliminate caffeinated drinks and those high in sugar content (soda and such)!. Drink more water and take a walk after school!. Be sure to get enough sleep at night!. If the "bullying" is really an issue, speak to your school nurse!.!.!. she can help with your panic attacks and let the proper people know about the bullying without naming names!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
