Sleeping habits?!


Question: Sleeping habits!?
For the last month ive been falling asleep around 1-3AM and im not sure why i havent told anyone about this!. anyway every morning my mom yells at me for sleeping late and i just get really annoyed and i pretty much ignore her!. I even get into bed sometimes around 10PM and just lie there awake!. Im not really sure how to get to sleep any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tim!. I think it is because you have no friends and you really just stay up late crying into your pillow about how your summer SUCKS!!!!! I also think you deeply regret leaving the picnic early and the memories are haunting you!. Hope this helped!!!! Well, I have suffered from the same thing, except I don't really have an issue with getting up because I have no one to wake me for school or anything, I use an alarm!.
Apparently you shouldn't go to bed until you are actually feeling tired, and you should cut out all caffeine after lunchtime!. Also, make sure you exercise!.
I'm not sure if it will work, I find that when I stay up until I am sleepy, I don't feel tired until about midnight and if I go to bed early I can't sleep anyway!.
So, perhaps you should see a doctor for advice, that's what I'm thinking of doing, they've helped people I know learn sleep patterns that work!.

You ARE sleeping, it's just that your hours have changed!. If you really want to, try waking up every morning at the same time (earlier than you are) and your body will get used to it!. Do exercise during the day so that your body gets the energy out and you get tired at night (bike, canoeing, who cares!?!?!?) But examine why you have changed!. For example, are you on the computer at night a lot!? Are you doing any kind of physical exercise to tire you out during the day!? Are you worried about something!? Are you in summer vacation and just trying to chill!? Sometimes, as a teenager, I just wanted my own "nightime time" to think, write, read, do my own think, etc!. then I would wake up later!. My mom wasn't too happy either!. But as soon as school started, or summer camp, or whatever, I would go back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you sure u don't have some thing on your mind that is bothering you!.!.!.!. i know what it's like!.
if you don't know any thing that COULD be bothering you, go see a doc!.
i watched a show last night that said that if ur having probs u should talk to ur doc!.

skip cigarettes and caffeine!. exercise so that once you hit that sack you'll be sleeping like a baby!. also, try drinking some milk!. it really helps me!. and stop thinking about what happened today and relax your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe stop IMing until 3:30 in the morning!. lol !. actually, the computer might be a problem, I've had insomnia in the past and I was told to stay off the computer at night time and it helped a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
