Question: How do you manage RAGE !?
i dont mean like anger i mean like !. @#$%!
where it goes all white and you dont even remember clearly!.

i tried breathing deeply!.
thinking positive

but in the end i lost it

Hi Jason ! If criticism is a hot button for you, criticism is a challenging thing for everyone to learn to handle in a healthy way!. So you are definitely not alone in that regard!. Using anger as a weapon is one way we respond so people won't criticize us again!. Anger takes a lot out of us to express and can lead to an out of control outburst which has its dangers!. One of the keys to receiving criticism, so it doesn't hurt you, is to listen to what the person is saying, and try to see what part is good sound advice!. Every person needs input from others so we can improve and live a better life!. It really is a good mechanism to help each of us grow!. Everyone wants to be accepted!. If we handle criticism in a good way, we can use it as a good tool to help us be the person we want to be!. Anger causes the body to flood with chemicals that can lead to rage!. Extensive anger is very bad for our health!. So it is best to refuse to let anger get out of control, and use it only when it makes sense to!. You are not a bad person in any way!. Just work on using criticism to your advantage in life!. If I had a dollar for every time I was criticized I would be a millionaire!. But I have to say, that people's input has over the many years made me a better person, and I'm thankful for that!.
