Hey, I had anxiety attacks when I was young about my parents dying too!. When I had these attacks, I closed my eyes and thought of all the good things in this world too!. Like my sister and all my friends!.

I soon learned that It is great to be close to your parents, but you can't be totally dependent on them!. Just remember, no matter what happens, there is always someone there for you!. Nobody can be really alone in this world =] !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you talked with your parents about this!? Maybe they can help you, if only a little bit!.

It might be going a bit far but, perhaps you might consider writing a step by step list of what you would need to do, if that terrible thing ever happened!. There can be comfort in knowing you're, at least, prepared for an incredibly difficult situation!. It might not seem quite so daunting a problem, if you know what to to, just in case!.

Maybe this isn't the answer but, it might take the edge off a bit!. It's certainly more proactive, than just worrying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The fact of the matter is that eventually they are going to die, usually a child buries their parents, and that you will have to expect that -- but I suspect you are worried that they are going to die before you are ready to deal with it or before they have had a full and happy life or something on that line!.

I know nothing about your age, your living situation, etc!., so hopefully some of this will hit the mark!.

1!. I read a book by Dale Carnegie that is still available in paperback form, (at least in the USA) called, "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living!." It was excellent!.

2!. Counseling and/or anti-anxiety medications will help!. See your doctor or an urgent care center for a referral to a specialist!.

3!. I haven't tried this but know people who have found it helpful: Set aside 15 minutes a day at a certain time period to devote to pondering the issue, and if you think about it any other time of day, refuse to allow yourself to dwell on the subject and force yourself to think about something else untill your appointed time each day to ponder it!.

4!. Write notes of what exactly you are afraid of, and work on a plan for how to deal with it!. (Do this only in your allotted 15 minutes a day from #3 above!.)

5!. Do you have a decent social circle of friends who are peers!? Developing one might help you not feel like you would be left alone if your parents die!. Find a group to join with a hobby or interest and start talking to the members of the group!. Or do volunteer work and nurture relationships with your coworkers!.

6!. Depending on what your parents are like and your relationship with them, it might help to talk to them about it, but if your parents are like mine, it wouldn't do any good!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe zoloft can help!.you need to convince yourself that this is not real and it's not gonna happen!.if it's still can't try see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple!. Just go outside and walk around the block and just look at things!. Do this until its over!. Works every time!. Don't complicate it!. Just look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just accept the fact that your good life wont last forever and itll eventually end someday!.!.!.just hope your life ends how you want it and think positively!Www@Answer-Health@Com
