I wake up at night and they say I ..... what is this called?!

Question: I wake up at night and they say I !.!.!.!.!. what is this called!?
I am 14 and have not shared a bed with many people!. However, on the few days that I do share, they all tell me that I (most of the time) wake up and -

1!. Just up (awake) for long periods of time
2!. Wake up for some time and then talk normally on things like "Why am I with you!?" or "I have to solve it, you know!? I have to solve it!."

Not that I have a problem with this thing or anything, but I just wanted to know what the name of this situation is!.

PS: I am not shy,!. introverted and do not atleast lack confidence or am stressed about any of the things I talk about (at least not in concious state)

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is your subconcious talking!. you may not even be aware of having anything on your mind!. this is called sleep talking (lost time)!. you are not aware of it!. sometimes our body is overly tired and when our body knonks out our mind is subconciousley having racing thoughts!. i have walked and talked in my sleep for 20 yrs!. my psychiatrist tells me to not worry about it!. god bless and good luck!. it;s ok!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when my husband was a young boy, he would tell stories about the lone ranger and some other tv shows at night to his brother!. this was all in his sleep and he had no memory of it until his brother told him!. maybe it is this as listed here:
WHAT ARE PARASOMNIAS
According to Dorland's Illustrated Medical dictionary: "Parasomnias are a category of sleep disorders in which abnormal physiological or behavioral events occur during sleep, due to inappropriately timed activation of physiological systems; it includes nightmare disorder, sleep terror disorder, and sleepwalking disorder!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure of the name of it or anything but I don't think that there's anything wrong!. My sister talks in her sleep all the time!.

I apparently slap people in my sleep!. I honestly do not know that I am doing it either!. Whenever I sleep in the same bed as someone (I was going to say sleep with someone but that didn't sound right) they complain that when I turned over, I swung my arm over very quickly and slapped them on the side of their head!. Everyone has said this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all i can think of is your only half waking up and start to talk to the people your sharing the bed with!.!.!.!. then you just dont remember it when you wake up completly!.!.!.!.!. or theyre playing a prank on you (for a long period of time)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably just sleep walking, but if it bothers you that much go see a doctor!. Sometimes doing stuff like that in your sleep is just like a stress reliever!.!.!. the doctor should be able to do some studies and see if you are sleep walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
