Tell them straight!. Go up to the bully and say words to the effect of 'you're a bully, you think you can get away with behaving like a spoilt child in the office but it stops now because I'm sick of it'!.

Preferably do it in front of as many colleagues as possible to maximise the bully's shame!.

Bullies are only bullies until they get confronted by someone who won't back down!. If you're not scared of them, then there's no point in them bullying you anymore (they do it as a kind of power trip)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, do you have a supervisor to whom you can talk!? If not, then do you have an HR person!? Take your concerns to this person, and let them know what is going on!. If you are not comfortable talking to the person who is doing the bullying directly!. There is never a good reason for people to demean, irritate, belittle, bully another person, but if the person doesn't think it is bullying, then it is probably going to be difficult to get them to see what they are doing!.

Never think that it is ok to bully anyone, but if the person doing the bullying is the manager, supervisor, owner, whatever, then it would probably be a good idea to get another job!. There are too many jobs available out there, working is a necessary part of life, and life is too short to hate going to work because of an inconsiderate co-worker!.

Good luck with this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check this out!. No SPAM, I assure you!. Just advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Follow your chain of command!. First, speak to the person (if you can)!. If not, speak to your supervisor!. If no result, then HR!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
