Valium for exams?!
Question: Valium for exams!?
I have a stressful time in exams and cannot concentrate cos i'm too busy worrying about my personal fears in exams!.
i just want to walk out constantly and take a breather when i know i can't!.
i hate being somewhere where i feel i cannot control things!.
not that i'm a control freak at all!.
Please can someone answer and tell me whether my prescribed valium is a good idea preferably someone who has taken it themselves!?

Valium gives you a consious sedation!. If taken before the exam it will interfere with your judjment and concentration!. You think your'e calm but your'e thinking will not be the same!.
Best thing to do is take it before you sleep and next day you should be feeling OK since it is still in your blood but at lower concentration!. Anxiety will be much less or gone but you will be able to concentrate better verses taken shortly beforeor during the exam!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have nothing to tell you about Valium, but why don't you talk to your teacher and let them know about your anxiety during tests!. More than likely, they'll let you take a breather if you need it or take the exams at a different time/place!. If you have a legitimate mental/medical diagnosis for your condition and the teacher resists, this is discrimination because of a disability and you might have legal recourse!. Volume works (xanax) Maybe it would be a good idea to take them just so you can concentrate cuz I know from experience how hard it is as stressful to finish the exam without being anxious and stressed!. Valium will not hurt you!. I take it!. Just take the prescribed dosage and you will be fine!. It will probably help your concentration!. Take one before a class and see how it affects you!. That way you will particially know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
