Question: About Sleepwalking!.!?
If there is any one who has imformation on my sleepwalking!. i did some research on it but im still curious!. Im 15 and i guess my mom and sister tell me that i sleep walk!. plus i only remember parts of when i sleepwalk becuz sometimes i wake up at the end of the episode!. I never knew i had a sleepwalking problem!. becuz i guess i walk with my eyes open like im awake!. My family does not understand!. Sumtimes my mom is rude to me about it cuz she thinks i know what im doing!. i dont know much bout my sleepwalking other than what im told, and they usually 4get to tell me!. Only last night i couldnt sleep, but then i fell asleep later and i wake up when i was screaming, i was so scared, my body was stiff and i had the fear some one was trying to kill me!. But i was also pissed off at my mom cuz she was over me and i thought she was the one trying to kill me!. Plus my room was very warm, so i dont kno if my mom opend the window or if i did!. What can make me sleepwalk!? they think its anxiety/stressWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey, I sleep walk a lot too, and im also on meds for ADD!. It can be a dangerous thing, cuz you don't know where you might be walking too!. My uncle once walked out a window while he was sleep walking!. It sounds like stress though, you should listen to relaxing music before bed, and avoid any kind of stimuli!. To protect yourself, make sure you lock all doors and window, keep your room clean and free of sharp objects, and sleep on the ground floor of your home if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My ex used to sleep walk!. Naked!!! The fault was he used to open his curtains and show the world his chubby little body!.!.!. All of it!!! Ha!!! xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
