I was on effexor several years ago and the only side effects I noticed were paranoia and "visual disturbances" a!.k!.a!. mild hallucinations!. The hallucinations were like seeing patterns on the walls, seeing glowing auras around people and things, seeing "tracers" (after you move your hand the after effect and be seen still seconds later!.) Things like that!.!.!.which were tiresome but not effecting my daily life!. The paranoid though!.!.!.that is why I stopped taking it!. I'm not a big fan of thinking everyone is against me and out to get me!.
Note the visual disturbances are a rare side effect that only a small percentage of people experience, so you'll probably be lucky and won't have to deal with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my hubby was the biggest p on earth being on this negative argumentative never satisfied,more depressed he finally quit taking it he is a sweetheart now!.he didnt have energy,slept alotWww@Answer-Health@Com
it made me more suicidal and more ready to die!. i would not recomend taking it for a person who is at or close to rock bottomWww@Answer-Health@Com
