Any tips for staying on track with goals and such?!


Question: Any tips for staying on track with goals and such!?
I have had lots of trouble the past few years with several different things!. the point is, i am turning my life around from what it was!. i was in a deep depression, climbed into credit card debt, allowed myself to fail some of my courses, and ruined relationships with good people!. I ahve since moved back with my parents (they moved far far away from my hometown) so this is a fresh start!. I got a great job and im started back full time at school, im just scared to death that i will do the same thing! i have also gained 60 pounds in the past 5 months so i need to loose weight and make sure i can get good grades in my classes!. i know im perfectly capable of doing so, i graduated in the top 5% of my class with high honors!. has anyone been through a rough patch such as this and learned some tricks to help them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everytime you start to think that you can't accomplish them, just think about the benefits that you'll get from getting to where you want to be!.

One of my favorite quotes says something along the lines of "Aim for the moon!. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars!."


Try to achieve and succeed at everything you do!. Aim for the highest goals, because even if you don't get there, you got far just by trying to reach for them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
