If you choose not to see a doc, believe me, when you finally do, you will wonder why you put if off!. They have very effective anti-depressants that really do the job!.
The secret to happiness is within you!. We are as happy as we choose to be!. And by choosing, that means going to the doc or doing things to make life seem a little brighter!. Laughter is the most wonderful thing you can do for yourself!. Spend time with someone who makes you laugh, or rent a funny DVD, a movie or a stand up comic you like!. Remember the man who complained about his feet hurting, then he met a man who had no feet!. The hardest thing for some of us to do is ask for help!. We are more than willing to help others, but don't want to bother anyone else if we are in trouble!. Think about the thing that gives you the most joy, and try to participate in it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its been proven that attitude follows thought!.
If your going into depression, then i would pay more attention to the thoughts youve been having!. Are they negative!? If so, try changing that!. Everytime you think something negative, try to replace it with something positive!.
I know it sucks, i once had a therapist that told me to do it and i told him to stick it up his ***!.

well if there is nothing you can think of that causes the depression i!.e!. stress at work, hooker spouse, death in the family!.!.!.!.!.!.then it is a chemical imbalance in your brain!.!.!.!.!.!.and as far as I know, doctors are really good a figuring out what chemicals you're lacking or having too much of and can fix it with some meds!.!.!.!.!.swallow your pride and see the doc, its a lot better then being sad all day for nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on and be grateful for what you have and not what you don't!.

Feel compassion for those less fortunate than yourself!.

Think of happy thoughts, trust in the power of the universe, that which you focus on, you will attract more!.
