I know this might not sound very helpful, but you just have to keep at it!.
I think you will never completely erase the bad things!. But they don't have to be the template for your whole life!. You have done really well so far, and some 'downs' along the way are inevitable!.
But everytime you recover from one, you can say 'Look I've done it - I am strong, I am able to recover, my life is better than it was' and each time you overcome an emotional obstacle you will become stronger!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
