I want to destroy myself?!

dont do it cuz if you do it only last for a brief moment and you end up hating your self do possitive thing volunteer,read books to kids at library there is always somthing someone need old folks home arts and crafts do anything to get out of yourself!.do you really want to go back to that horrid life and start all over i wouldnt i almost have a yr in no drinks no drugs 6 months no cutting !.come on get up go on line to see where you can do good things!.once your on that roll you will have a better out look i got out of the its all about me what can i do possitive to make someone elses day write to some one in the service i am sure they have a site for that !.good luck one day at a time or minute or second whatever work it works if you truly want itWww@Answer-Health@Com
