Does this sound like an ok plan?!

Question: Does this sound like an ok plan!?
I'm 18 years old, female!. I am making a complete mess of life!. It's all my own fault aswell!.!.!.im just throwing everything i have away when i should be appretiating it!. So i don't need anyone telling me how pathetic i am-i know!!!

This is what i've been doing:
Ever since i was 14 i've had trouble with drinking!. I drink and then pass out (not everytime but a lot)!. Like really!.!.!.i don't know why or how but me and alcohol just don't mix and i always end up in really dangerous situations and pass out!.
Last night i took MDMA (something i've always been against)
I cut myself and have done since 11 years old!.
I have pretty much no self confidence and have a lot of anger!. Because of this i'm just horrible to my family!. I'm driving everyone away!.
I smoke weed!.

To change:
Stop drinking completly!. Not go out to bars/clubs!.
Keep going to the doctor about self harm!.
Get a job!.

Does this sound like an ok place to start!? What else can i do!?
I need to change!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
good plan so far, you didn't mention stopping smoking weed, you don't have to stop that but the drinking is what will will hurt you worse obviously!. could you benefit from exercise!? absolutely! even if you are in good shape right now, try to live life just one day at a time and only think about what to do to get through just today without drinking and try to exercise that will trigger some of the brain chemicals that you may get from drinking alcohol and stick with the weed in moderation if you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow! your talking that is a great start! I feel that stopping cold turkey may be harmful, is your Dr aware of all that you have said here!? I think an antidepressant may help and something stronger than just a Dr!. you need a close friend or someone you can confide in and bounce things off of and will be there for you everyday not someone getting paid to listen!. I congratulate you on the big step forward you have made and hope you are able to continue down the path you want to be on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it's a great start!.!.!.getting a job will help to occupy your time and then you can do the things you enjoy like snowboarding and scuba diving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeahh it sounds like a good plan
but honestly what i would do is find sumthinq to do like a hobby [as cheasy as that sounds]
try exercising or a job[if you dont allready have one]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes this is a great plan for a start!. Also try to exercise if you can it really helps to relieve tension!. All the best to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join alcoholics anonymous (AA)! it'll help you out a lot!.
getting a job and continuing with a doctor sounds good, though!.

good luck!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting a support group would be a great thing to do - like AA or something - our local paper publishes a list every Tuesday!.

The hobby idea is another good idea - find something you love to do - go for walks and enjoy the sun set, listen to music, learn to play guitar, play with color - draw, paint or sew, get a puppy to care for, plant a garden, learn to cook something new or learn about aroma therapy!.

Keep going to the doctor, but trust your gut - if you don't feel safe talking to them, or you don't feel you are getting better, perhaps you need to find someone new to talk to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that really sounds hard and doesnt seem like a good life
yea thats a good start but make sure you dont give into cravings for drugs and alcohol
go to your doctor and ask him for help
if anyone is in ur family that loves and cars for ur that is smart and healthy ask them for advice
jusut stop with the drugs and alchohol no matter how much u want it
ur life will be alot better
also pick up some books wether it's novel or math books just to get ur brain started up again
right down i wouldnt apply for a job becuase u need to fill out an apllication and it wouldnt be to pretty
so wait till u get back on track and then get a good job
it will help with ur life greatly
comment me backWww@Answer-Health@Com

That seems like a really great place to start!. I think it's good that you recognize that you want to change, and improve your life - which is amazing!. Those things will definitely improve your health and happiness!. Just stay positive, and on the right track and I'm sure you'll be feeling better about yourself soon!. As for other things that you can do - eating healthier and excersizing regularly - but you don't want to put too much on your plate at once or you'll get overwhelmed!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
