How to cheer up and feel better?!


Question: How to cheer up and feel better!?
For the past week I have been in such a rut, and it has really gotten me down!.

It started with some serious work stress last week and I haven't felt "all there" ever since!.

I feel depressed and sick to my stomach!. I'm always tired!. I just want this "rut" to go away and I want to be myself again ;(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make one every night of 5 different things to be grateful for!.
In the morning review it and tell yourself how lucky you are to have _______ and __________ and __________!.

hang out with really fun people!.
i do that when i fell depresed for a while because anything else i do makes me fell like a retard so just go out and have a fun night that will make just about anyone fell good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
