Question: Help! I can't get over it!!?
I can't get over this: OK one time i was walking from my friends home and i got lost on the streets, I was really really scared and so i asked people directions and i found my way home thanks to those people!. I can't go over it, like its hard to forget it but it just keeps on coming to me! can someone help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you might be suffering from some kind of post traumatic stress syndrome!. My daughter had an experience that scared her and really started having problems!. She kept having some kind of flashback of the event!. I took her to a counselor and he said she was suffering from PTS!. They have been working through the experience and she is getting over it !. She has had to learn to face her fears about the situation and it hasn't been easy!. You didn't say how long ago this was, but if it has been a while and is still bothering you I hope that you will try to find some professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
