Anxiety and heart rate?!

Question: Anxiety and heart rate!?

I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks for the past two days on and off my heart rate has been in the upper 80s or 90s I take Xanax for anxiety and don't know if it has an impact on heart rate or not!. Am I okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
