How do you deal with racing thoughts ?!


Question: How do you deal with racing thoughts !?
i have BPD and ptsd im waiting for therapy at the moment!.

ive had racing thoughts for a long time , its like everyday my thoughts spin!.!.!.!.worries!.!.!.insecurities!.!.!.!.race through my brain leaving my disorientated!.!.!.!.and confused!.!.

thoughts race through my brain out of my control!.!.!.!.i forget things that i was thinking about a moment before!.!.!.!.struggle to hold a train of thought!.!.

im 30 now have a alot of worries and insecurities in my mind!.!.!.!.!.physical health problems ( seeing a uroligist!.!.!.!.and a dermatologist )

an injured ankle, torn tendons!.!.!.waiting to see physio!.!.!.waiting for a scan on my ankle!.!.

i think about material possessions and not owning much!.!.

bills coming at me to pay!.!.!.

my future, how i will achieve my ambitions at such disadvantages ie: living in a one bedroom flat on sick pay!.!.!.!.!.!.how i will achieve a good paying job!.!.!.!.how i will move abroad away from the uk!.!.

how i will overcome my disadvantages in life!.!.!.no work history!.!.mental- and criminal record etcWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
First, you need to sit down and just take a very deep breathe!. You should try to find some research on breathing techniques in helping you overcome, what it sounds like 'panic-attacks'!. For me, counting, breathing techniques and visualizing my surroundings helps me!. I have had them since I was a kid!. Everyone has insecurities!. I don't care who you are!. !. !.even Paris Hilton has them!. Keep a journal of your thoughts!. Then you can go back and reflect on them!. On the health issues, just deal with one at a time!. Have you thought about seeing a counselor!? This would allow you to vent to someone, who is neutral, and give you some advice, pointers and will be there just to listen!. Maybe being on some anti-depressants!? I am on Wellbutrin, and it helps me with my anxiety!. Without it, I become VERY worrisome and down on myself!. My husband & I don't have much!. It's just kind of a day to day process right now and living paycheck to paycheck!. Hate to say it, but the way the economy is right now, a lot of people are in the same boat as you!. You are ONLY 30 (like me)!. We have to remember that we both are STILL very young and have a lot more years to our lives !. !. !.to be happy and to accomplish what we hope to!. Search online for other jobs!. There are many that you could do from home, too!. !. !.especially with your health issues!. You accomplish work history through getting experience!. Sometimes you just need to search really hard for that job, but there is always something out there for you!. And if your desire is to also go back to school, there is also always some sort of granting or financial aid to help you accomplish those dreams!. I wish you the best of luck!. This is what happens to me!.!. I just sit there and write EVERYTHING yes EVERYTHING that i am thinking about!.!. If i feel lazy, I just type it on my computer!. Learn to relax, and take care of yourself!.!. Dont think about what bad stuff you've done in the past or how "disadvantaged" you may be!.!. Think about how you are such a good person!. And no matter how bad you think you are, I'm absolutely sure that you are an awesome person!. So just take it easy, and relax!. do something you like!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com
