It depends!. If you hit your head and get a concussion, it definitely can damage your short-term memory for a while!. Maybe not chronic (as in persistent over a longer period of time), but for a few hours or even a day, sure!.
It's happened to my friend when he fell doing a flip while wakeboarding!. He was sort of out of it for over a day!.
As for short-term memory loss for over a day!.!.!. I'd be worried and talk to a doctor!. It could be indicative or more complications from a serious concussion, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm guessing you're asking if a fall can cause memory LOSS!? If you hit your head, yes!. And if you hit your head hard enough for there to be memory loss, then you'll need to see a doctor to learn the extent of the damage that was done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is possible, but only if there is a large amount of pressure put on a certain place on your head!. i suggest you see a doctor if this happenned to you or someone you knowWww@Answer-Health@Com
