Ye , but the vitamins, minerals, and herbs you find at Wal Mart are not a good as the ones you find at the health food store!. You can find whole food tablets, they are much better(and more pricey) than what you find at Wal Mart because the pill if made of compressed food and your body can digest it better when its natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
