I think that you wanting to gain weight is a great start!. I have been belimic and anorexic!. If you want to gain weight then just eat things like ceral and fruity stuff!. Start eating little by little and then increasing your intake!. Sence your anorexic your stomache [like your REAL stomache] is very tiny!. And its like a balloon!. When you take first blow its hard then it gets easier to get bigger!. Well thats how your stomache works!. And for your family, they shouldn't be mean about it or joke around!. Cause people can die from it!. And they should be a family and help you!. But yeah, just start eating something!. I doesnt have to be big!. It doesn't even have to be a meal!. You can just eat little things during the day!.

You sound like you need to be strong and can only depend on yourself!. You might try to write out a healthy diet for the week and stick to it!.

Another idea is to start exercises that are strength building, like free weights!. This will increase your appetite and the muscle will burn the calories!.

Hey, it sounds like you are already in a pretty good place- nice work!.

So I think 3 things would be helpful for you!.

First you could get on an exercise program, weights or walking/running/ or whatever is available to you!. Aerobic exercise helps us feel content and better about ourselves and allows us to eat more freely, since we have earned it!.

Second you might try to stick to the healthy basics!. People say 5 or 6 small meals a day are better at keeping our metabolism running than 1 or 2 big ones!. Try this out, be flexible and make it work for you!. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, protein in the form of tofu, chicken, fish, meat, don't forget to have some carbs (espec!. if working out) like potatoes or bread!. And reward yourself for being an awesome person sometimes, too, with ice cream, frozen yogurt, cookies!. Everything in moderation works, it's just hard to do!. But focus on your goal of being healthy, looking and feeling great, and not worrying about eating too much or too little all the time!.

The 3rd thing can be difficult sometimes- it costs money, health insurance often won't help, and it takes a time commitment, but talking with a psychiatrist or such over a period of time can really help you gain perspective on who you are, who you want to be and the steps necessary to get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i do not drink soda and tea basically just milk juice and water
junk foods are bad for you so try eating fruits and vegtables everyday! Youc an eat junk food in moderation and exersice to stay healthy like take a half a mile walk each day!.Make sure to drink milk to stay strong and some fats are needed if you look at the food charts but only a little
