Question: How do I stop myself from always needing constant attention from guys!?
Whenever i have a boyfriend i seem to always need to be talking to them and if I'm not I need to know what they are doing!. I think you just have a lack of confidence and perhaps low self esteem!. You need to be confident and raise your opinion of your self!. Your guy is not doing something he shouldn't because hes with you and wouldn't be if he didn't want to be!. You need to tell yourself you are beautiful and that's why he is with you and when they don't want to talk don't take it personally as men need there space too!. I have been with my man for 15 years and he goes and does his thing and has boys weekends etc and sometimes doesn't want to talk and things like that but its all good, they need space too just like us!. Build your confidence and trust your man, hes with you because he wants to be and you need to relax and give yourself a break, you will be so much happier if you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess thw only thing i can say is get more confidence in your self, so you dont need the guys attention, but getting the confidence is a whole new question!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe concentrate on something else!. like read a book or pick a skill or hobby and work on it!. u just need to concentrate on something so u will be distracted from thinking about ur bf's thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
