Anxiety symptom?!

Question: Anxiety symptom!?
I have generalized anxiety disorder, been seen by a dr, I had a normal ekg about 6 months ago, but I get these really annoying pains in my lower left rib cage pretty much every day whether or not I'm having a panic attack or not, they are a quick stabbing pain, not unbearable just irritating, does anyone else get these and do you have any cures to prevent them, I use a lot of Icy Hot, which helps, but I hate the smell!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also have generalized anxiety and get sharp pains that seem to come from the area just behind the bottom of my rib cage on either side!. i also get them in my upper chest and stomach!. i have heard of the chest and stomach pain as just a symptom of the anxiety but have heard nothing of the rib pain though i still write them off as anxiety!. the funny thing about the pains is i never usually get them when I'm physically busy, such as at work or when exercising, but get them only when I'm physically inactive such as at school or watching TV!. my suggestion is when you start feeling those pains do some light exercising (or heavy if you prefer) and see if that helps at all!. i hope i was of assistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely!. Anxiety causes very strange symptoms!. Muscle pain and cramping can definitely be one of them!. Not much you can do except treat the anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
