Answers:
You do have to be aware of the re-bound nature of Lorazepam withdrawl!.

On discontinuation, lorazepam blood levels become negligible after 3 days and undetectable after about a week!. So every 3 days, try and reduce your evening dose by 0!.5mg!. Within 12 days you should hopefully be less dependent upon the Lorazepam!.

You should also discus with you Doctor the timing of your Diazepam doses - Diazepam has a long(ish) duration of action and by adjusting the timing of your doses to ensure its working at its strongest around bedtime may ease your insomnia!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dont take the Lorazepam (Ativan) and Diazepam (Valium) together!.

Lorazepam is not a sedative, its an anxiolytic (to help with anxiety)

You also shouldnt be taking Temazepam aswel, thats just asking for prescription drug dependance!.

Stop using Lorazepam unless you need it desperately!.

Take the diazepam in the day, stop the lorazepam and use the temazepam at night if you need to!.

Also see a psychiatrist if you have one, a GP isnt much good!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're taking too many tranquilizers!. Diazepam(ativan), diazepam, and temazepam (restoril) are all sedatives!. You feel worn out due to all of these!. Have you spoken to your dr!.!? The shakes can be from lithium also!. I know that it is hard but you need to seek medical advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just hang on in there, there is light at the end of the tunnel!Www@Answer-Health@Com
