Need some type of schedule routine?!


Question: Need some type of schedule routine!?
my life is unorganized!.!.so i just do whatever i feel like doing when ever but most of the time i'm on my laptop and in my room i barley watch tv but i just catch some shows that are already on!. I do have other hobbies that i could be doing and spending my time wisely such as yoga,cross stitching, maybe a walk too!. I'm thinking of doing these things at a certain time daily i don;t know!.

6:00 AM Wake up exercise and take a shower
8:00 AM Breakfast
8:30 AM Chores
9:30 AM School, work, whatever you need to have done
12:00 PM LUNCH
1:00 PM back to school, work, whatever you NEED to do
3:00 PM Snack
3:15 PM back to school, work, whatever you NEED to do
4:00 PM SHOPPING/to the gym, sports, activity etc
5:30 PM DINNER
6:30 PM only one movie/show
7:30 PM read the newspaper and go to sleep

i cannot say if it is important to set times to do those things
but it is definitely a good idea to do more than be on your
laptop or watch tv
yes excercise, yoga, walking are good too

what I DO is in the morning i take a shower then i eat breakfast after my shower and once iv changed clothes then i go on yahoo answers for a little then i go and clean my room then i watch tv and hope i go shopping in the afternoon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A scheduled routine is a very good idea!. So is using your time constructively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
