I'll be honest I've been looking around for information about porn addiction and it is scarce!. I'm not sure I have much to offer becuase honestly i am in the same boat as you!. i watch pron compulsively!. i guess the only way i know to sort of help is try very hard to lessen your intake, if it's a few times a day try to distract yourself and watch maybe 2 or3 times a weekend!. another thing you should think about is what about it is a problem for you, are you afraid of the time it's consuming or how it might affect your view on women (i'm guessing!.!.!.) or a relationship, then it may be easier to tackle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They actually have programs for it!.!.!.but it depends on what you mean by addicted!. If you just like it, a lot even, then whatever!. But if you NEVER do anything else!.!.!.it's like any other addiction (gambling, smoking, etc) and you may need help!.
