How do you make the transition from being a hate monger to compassionate being?!


Question: How do you make the transition from being a hate monger to compassionate being!?
I have such a hatred of society & humanity, and it feels like an inseparable part of my personality!. I couldn't like a person if I wanted to!. It's so unhealthy!. How do find my compassionate side!? Or get back on the right track!? I don't think I was always this way, just circumstances of life embittered me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Guess it depends how bad you got it!.

Stop hating yourself would be the place to start!. If this is endemic, see a therapist and work thru what got you to where you are at!. Your compassionate side didn't disappear, it has been submerged!. Whether you can find it on your own or not is the question!. Usually an impartial person skilled at drawing things out of people helps, but if you have other alternatives, go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i understand life may affect your attitude, but there are some good people out there!. im kinda the same i dont like many people and they all piss me off(especially at walmart where everyone just becomes retarded)!. i go to church, i dont have friends there but it tends to help me with my temper and strength!. try not to tell yourself"i hate this person" while meeting them!. if you tell yourself its an inseperable part of your personalitie thats exactly what it will beWww@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know, i think maybe more important is to love one person with all your heart!. Also realise that their are good people and your not perfect!. Some people however don't deserve your love, you shouldnt love everyone equally as we are not perfect as The Christ!. This will leave us vulnerable to being harmed!. Be compassionate for the sake of love cause you never know someones story , help those in need when you can , but don't go looking for trouble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you need to deal with some self-hatred first!. Then you will be better to mentally put yourself in other people's situations and have empathy for others!. And like any other habit change, it takes practice!. When you find yourself having hateful thought, force yourself to stop and come up with something positive to think or say, even if you don't believe it!. If I were you, I would try to find someone who shares the same hobbies, interests, and viewpoints as me and become friends!. Or just find somebody to talk to (or who will let you talk and they listen)!. It is unhealthy to hate people as no one can survive in this world alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the most peaceful place you know with a easy-read book and some soft music!. Try a beach, a grassy field, or a forest!. Spend a whole day and a whole night there at try to get as calm as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
